Mark was great from the start, really easy to communicate with, super quick to reply, and very efficient throughout the whole process. He also kindly offered to service my old units for free even though they weren't originally installed by them, which I really appreciated. "Very impressed with the whole experience I had dealing with Comfort Air Conditioning. We had a unit installed in our bedroom for the (hopefully) warm months ahead. Communication was excellent throughout from Mark and Joanne, explaining options and sharing links to potential units. Installation was arranged quickly and again we were kept informed every step of the way, and given options of dates and times. Matt and Mick who carried out the installation were great - courteous, tidy and efficient, again explaining everything they were doing and discussing with us how to achieve the best cosmetic result. The unit works well and looks as good as these things can. Overall a really positive experience and I would certainly recommend Comfort if you are considering AC."

"Comfort Air Conditioning recently installed an air conditioning unit in our conservatory (glass roofed), and we are happy with the results. The indoor unit installation was exceptionally tidy. They managed to conceal all pipes and cables, leaving a clean and unobtrusive finish. Outside, the unit was equally well placed, tucked away in a discreet location where it's barely noticeable. From the initial quote to the completed installation, the process was incredibly smooth. They installed the unit very quickly after we confirmed the order. The difference the air conditioning has made is remarkable. Our conservatory is now a usable space all year round, regardless of the weather outside."
